What does a Manager, Project Finance, do?
As a Manager, Project Finance, Anusha guides and mentors a team of Financial Analysts managing the India Mid-Large portfolio. Her responsibilities span project finance management, revenue and forecasting activities, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The work goes beyond numbers. By keeping projects financially healthy and well-managed, Anusha and her team indirectly contribute to the successful development of life-saving drugs in clinical trials and ultimately helping patients.
When asked what a typical day looks like- Depending on where the month stands, she could be in portfolio performance reviews, assessing revenue and forecast accuracy, or working through project overburn, billing positions and accounts receivable. And running through all of it, the client meetings, the escalations, the strategic conversations with her team, is a constant thread of mentorship and guidance that she considers just as much a part of the role as the numbers themselves.
