Key Accountabilities:
- Work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.
- Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are beign supported.
- Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.
- Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
- Collaborate with other IT Team members.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to provide on-call support.
- Experience in SQL queries.
