- Provide technical user/systems support for desktops/laptops and user computing environments.
- Contribute to systems and operational projects.
- Perform workstation Hardware/Software installations.
- Perform Hardware upgrades, maintenance and repairs.
- Resolve end-user incidents & service requests via the Service Desk process.
- Accountability to manage assets.
- Managing IT Operational issue with minimal support
- Taking ownership of managing end-to-end responsibility.
- Provide technical guidance to his subordinate
- Good Knowledge in Windows 11 troubleshooting
- Good to have experience on Excel for reporting purpose
