About this Role

Some key focus areas of responsibilities include:

  • Assist with various reporting requirements with regards to the company’s debt arrangements including the receivables securitization financing facility.

  • Perform timely KYC procedures as part of the routine and new onboarding with various financial counterparties.

  • Ensure all banking related documentation is up to date. Prepare any bank documents are required and take the lead in the any new account openings.

  • Assist with the implementation of new IC settlement netting module.

  • Direct Cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.

  • Play an active role in supporting efforts to achieve operational efficiencies with regards to AR/AP process automation, optimizing banking infrastructure, payment efficiencies by leveraging the treasury management system, and so on.

  • Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining financial management systems and banking portals by acting as primary administrator.

  • Support internal audit, external audit and SOX controls and reporting.

  • Ensure timely and accurate confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of financial transactions.

  • Maintain our Bank Guarantee portfolio and support various Corporate Credit card programs.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Should be able to build and sustain relationships with external (financial institutions) and internal (senior finance leadership) stakeholders.

  • Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and reporting tools (HFM- Hyperion)

  • Proficient excel and advanced modeling skills.

  • Ability to work well in a matrix environment and value the importance of teamwork.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency when it comes to execution.

  • Ability to manage and lead the full life cycle of projects and tasks, with limited or no oversight.

  • High integrity and ethical standards

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business), CTP, CA plus

  • 2 – 4 years relevant experience in either banking or corporate Treasury environment
